Canary Wharf’s annual Winter Lights Festival has been battling against the London gloom for the past couple of weeks. Twenty-one pieces, mainly outdoors but some inside (with the inevitable queue!), the installations are placed across the entire estate but are within easy walking distance of each other and the public transport connections.
