At Birling Gap
I’m a bit late in getting this post out as it’s now a week and a half since these photos were taken and I’ve been trying to work out how these - and a good few others taken the same day - should be processed. This is just one way.
The photos were all taken on the beach at Birling Gap, East Sussex, during a workshop with Paul Sanders (ably asssited by Carl Hare representing Fujifilm UK I might add). While one objective of the day was to obviously take photos the main reason for the workshop was to allow hands on access to Fujifilm’s GFX medium format series of cameras and lenses, pick up tips from Paul who uses the GFX system for his work, and get technical information from Carl who knows the system and menus inside out.
Already owning a GFX50Sii my main interest was in trying a few different lenses, primarily the GF23mm f/4 and GF100-200mm f/5.6. These were all taken with the 23mm which is incredible.
